I was going through my stats the other day, and discovered that my most searched and popular posts are my makeup ones. Which is funny to me, cause on my old blog Bramblewood Fashion, they were my least popular posts. So I thought, why not share with y’all the beauty products that I have repurchased over the years.

When I was going over the different categories, I came to realize that I haven’t really repurchased any skincare products. This is partly because I’ve gotten sent a lot of skincare products, I have a ton of travel samples, or just because my favorites get discontinued and I have to find new ones all the time.

MAKEUP

• Rimmel London Lip Liner in East End Snob — I have repurchased this lip liner at least seven times, if not more. It is a great dupe for the Charlotte Tilbury lip liner in Pillow Talk, which is why I originally picked it up and I just fell in love with it. It works well under different lipsticks, but I mostly wore it as a lipstick.

• Rimmel London Stay Matte Powder — When ever I have my oily phase, I like using this to help combat the oil and help keeping me look more matte.

• Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara — I have used a good number of tubes of this mascara, both the full-sized and the travel sized. I always mean to try and test out a different mascara, but I just love how my lashes look with this mascara that it is hard for me to go without it.

• Urban Decay Naked Skin Concealer — When I don’t need a full-coverage concealer, or I’m doing a more natural makeup day I love using the UD naked skin concealer. My favorite way to apply it is with a damp beauty sponge.

• Tarte ShapeTape Concealer — If I’m not using my Urban Decay concealer, I’m using this one. It is full coverage, doesn’t crease, and makes my skin look flawless.

• Beauty Blender Original — I have purchased a number of these, but I find that I tend to accidentally to tear them rather quickly. Oops. This was also the first tool that made me love foundation, cause beforehand I used either my hands or a brush and I wasn’t a huge fan of the look.

• Real Techniques Miracle Complexion Sponge — Eventually, RT came out with their own makeup sponge and I quickly become a fan. It was cheaper, so I could replace them sooner and they applied makeup the same way as the original.

• Sonia Kashuk Makeup Blender Sponge — This is a newer makeup sponge on the market, but I love it the best. It is a bigger sponge size [which I personally love], comes in a two pack so it is cheaper than the two options above. This is also the only sponge that I keep backups of in my bathroom.

• Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Wiz in Medium Brown — I have tried various cheaper options, but I like this one the best for various reasons. The pencil is the perfect size, does’t break out my eyebrow area [a problem I had with one drugstore dupe], and I love the formula. So I only use ABH brow products and nothing else.

• IT Brushes for ULTA Brush Bath — When I need to clean up my eyeshadow brushes in between different eye looks, or when I’m doing makeup for wedding, or I just need to clean my brushes and I don’t want to deep clean them: I grab this brush bath. It works wonders in a pinch.

• NARS Laguna Bronzer — I didn’t purchase this for the longest time, as I did’t think that it would work for my skin tone. Then the one day that I did try it out, it quickly become the only bronzer that I use everyday. It looks very natural, and warms up my skin perfectly. The only downside is the price.

• Maybelline Dream Fresh BB Cream — I have gone through so many of these, as it is one of the few products that helps keeping my face from getting sunburned any time I spend a few hours outside.

SKINCARE

• SEPHORA Collection Face Masks [Green Tea, Pomegranate, Green Tea, Pearl] — I used to be obsessed with clay masks. But between my life getting busier, becoming a closer, then a shift at Starbucks I quickly became a fan of paper masks, as they fit my lifestyle better. I can put on a paper mask after finishing my skincare routine, and then head to bed while it sits on my face for about 10-15 mins. Then I rub in the leftover serum, and then it is off to dream land.

• LAVANILA Deodorant in Vanilla Lavender — I have tried various natural deodorants, but none of them work as well as the LAVANILA ones. I have been using this product for about three years now, and I repurchase a new one about once every three or four months.

• Josie Maran Argan Cleansing Oil — I tried a good number of different cleansing oils, but this one is my favorite. The oil isn’t too heavy or too light, it doesn’t aggravate my eye area, and does a wonderful job breaking down my makeup.

• Garnier SkinActive Micellar Cleansing Water — I tend to use micellar water when I’m in a pinch and I need to quickly remove my makeup. It isn’t apart of my everyday skincare routine, just when I need it or when I need to remove a bunch of heavy makeup [like for halloween].

• Origins GinZing Energy-Boosting Gel Moisturizer — I don’t usually repurchase moisturizers, as I hadn’t found one that truly works for skin and made me fall-in-love in it. That is until I tried this one out. I love that it is lightweight, oil-free, and how it helps give my skin a glowing look. [I also love their eye cream from the same line.]

• Mario Badescu Facial Spray — I love both their rosewater and green tea facial spray, though their lavender one was too much for my skin. I use it when I wake up in the morning to help wake me up, before I go to bed, after I come in from the sun, after a flight, I think y’all get the idea. It is a great refreshing toner spray, and is rather inexpensive too.

HAIRCARE

• Batiste Dry Shampoo — This was the very first dry shampoo that I tried out, and I have repurchased at least 20 cans, if not more over the years. This one does leave a little bit of a white cast on darker hair, so make sure you rub the powder in well.

• Kirsten Ess Dry Shampoo — This is my absolute favorite dry shampoo. I always have at least two cans on hand, so that I am never without my favorite dry shampoo. It keeps my hair looking fresh, without feeling like it is full of product. I also like using it to add some body to my hair.

• Living Proof Perfect Hair Day Dry Shampoo — This was my favorite dry shampoo, until I discovered the Kirsten Ess one. If you use this dry shampoo, multiple days in a row, it will make your hair feel like it is full of product.

• Dove Refresh + Care Volume & Fullness Dry Shampoo — I find that this dry shampoo is a mix between the Batiste and the Living Proof. It is good for when I don’t want to drop $14 on a new dry shampoo, but it isn’t one that I keep on hand all of the time. I had repurchased one last year right before I left Ulta, and I still haven’t used it up. So yeah, it is good, just not my go-to.

• Kirsten Ess Purple Shampoo — I colored my hair for the first time last year on November 11th, and in January of this year, my hair was starting to get a little brassy. So I was super excited when Kirsten Ess brought out a purple shampoo, and since it has come out I have used it once every week, and have repurchased another bottle. Definitely recommend that you use this shampoo if you struggle with brassy tones.

• Bumble and Bumble Dryspun Spray — My favorite texturizing spray hands down. I received a bottle to review last summer, and I have since repurchased it twice. It is that good. I like using it on my hair right after I curl it, to create and add texture and body.

• It’s A 10 Miracle Leave In Plus Keratin — Expensive, but amazing leave-in condition that also helps with keeping your hair tangled free, protects against heat, and helps de frizz. I always miss using this product when ever I run out, and I don’t have a coupon to purchase more.

• Sexy Hair Big Sexy Hair Spray & Play Volumizing Hairspray — The only hairspray that I use, and have for about five or six years. It doesn’t feel crunchy, but keeps my hair feeling soft.
