Bath & Body Products

Harper + Lee Vanilla Coffee Body Scrub — I struggle with finding body scrubs that I don’t react to, but this TJ Maxx find has been working out well for me. Just make sure you clean your shower/bathtub well after using, or you will slip.

Primally Pure Skincare Blue Tansy Body Oil & Dry Brush [from this kit] — Great at helping with dry skin, razor burns, and ingrown hairs when used after a shower/bath.

Jergens Natural Glow Daily Moisturizer in Medium to Tan — One of my favorite body lotions that helps add a touch of color and glow to my skin. I have been using this for about five or six years.

Dr Teal’s Pure Epsom Salts — My favorite brand of bath salts that I have been using for about four or five years now. My top favorite scent is the lavender.

Lush Bath Bombs — I have tried out cheaper bath bombs, but they just don’t work the same as Lush ones. They are definitely worth the money.

Isle of Paradise Self Tanning Drops in Light — One of the only self tanners that doesn’t look orange on my skin, or go on too streaky. Looks very natural on my fair skin.

Skincare Products

Origins GenZing Ultra-Hydrating Energy-Boosting Cream & GenZing Refreshing Eye Cream to Brighten and Depuff — I don’t usually repurchase moisturizers, as I hadn’t found one that truly works for my skin and made me fall-in-love in it. That is until I tried this one out. I love that it is lightweight, oil-free, and how it helps give my skin a glowing look. The eye cream from the same line is also really good, and one I have repurchased several times over the years.

BareMinerals Brilliant Future Age Defense & Renew Serum — Helps keep my skin looking glowy and healthy. I love wearing this serum doing the spring and summer months, when my skin is more normal to oily. Just make sure you remember to wear sunscreen if you will be outside for any long period of time after using this serum. Your face is more apt to get sunburned using this product.

Derma*e Hydrating Serum - Use this like a primer for your moisturizer. This face serum will work with your moisturizer to help deeply moisturize your skin, and help diminish the look of winkles and fine lines. I have been a fan of this product for years.

Derma*e Radiance Toner - An alcohol-free toner that helps tighten, brighten, and tone your skin. Our skin can look a little dull during the winter months, so to help add some glow back into your skin use this radiance toner. I typically only use this once a day [either at night, or in the morning depending on my skin and schedule].

Pixi Glow Tonic - When I'm not using my Derma*e Radiance toner, I will use my Pixi Glow Tonic [gentle reminder, don't go crazy and use all of the toner's, acids, etc...at once, keep them all balanced]. This toner focus on clearing out your pores and helping get rid of the extra oil buildup and impurities that are in your skin.

Young Living Frankincense - Perfect for clearing up acne. Even though this oil is expensive, it is totally worth it as helps clear up my acne like no other product I have tried. Five stars from me!

Young Living Facial Wash in Orange Blossom [Normal/Oily] — My skin can be very sensitive when it comes to face washes, and this is one that doesn’t make my face super red, or break me out. I love that is more natural and smells amazing! Definitely give it a try if you are a fan of Young Living Oils.

Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizing Gel [Combo/Oily] - My skin has becoming more oily as the yeas go by, which I suppose is a good thing as it will keep my skin looking youthful. Anyways, I’ve always been a fan of Clinique moisturizers and so was my mom back in the day, so I opt for this classic when my oil needs to be kept at bay. Random fact. This first skincare brand I ever used was Clinique, back in the early 2000s [and my early teens] as they were a gift for Christmas one year. But I didn't revisit this classic brand until my mid-twenties, as I ended up only using natural/organic products during my teens and early twenties.

Clinique Moisture Surge Eye — A good moisturizing eye gel for when your under eye area is on the drier side. Not the one to reach for if you have really dark circles, I would grab a different eye cream for that job. This one is the one I like to grab when my skin feels dry, and I need a good punch of moisture for my skin.

Philosophy the Microdelivery Exfoliating Facial Wash — Excellent for the winter months when you have a lot of dry skin patches that flake. I like using this facial wash about once a week to help keep my dry skin at bay when ever it is cold outside.

Garnier SkinActive Micellar Cleansing Water — I tend to use micellar water when I’m in a pinch and I need to quickly remove my makeup. It isn’t apart of my everyday skincare routine, just when I need it or when I need to remove a bunch of heavy makeup [like for halloween, etc…].

Mario Badescu Facial Spray — I love both their rosewater and green tea facial sprays. I’m not a huge fan of their lavender facial spray, as it freaked my skin out and made it react. I like using the facial spray when I wake up in the morning to help wake me up, before I go to bed, after I come in from the sun, after a flight, I think y’all get the idea. It is a great refreshing toner spray, and is rather inexpensive too.

SEPHORA Collection Face Masks [Green Tea, Pomegranate, Green Tea, Pearl] — I used to be obsessed with clay masks. But between my life getting busier, becoming a closer, then a shift at Starbucks I quickly became a fan of paper masks, as they fit my lifestyle better. I can put on a paper mask after finishing my skincare routine, and then head to bed while it sits on my face for about 10-15 mins. Then I rub in the leftover serum, and then it is off to dream land.

Simple Face Wipes — I have been using these face wipes for years. They are gentle on my face, don’t irritate my eyes, and aren’t that expensive to keep repurchasing. I only use these for my lazy nights, or when traveling and I can’t have my entire skincare routine.
